Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Wire EDM experience.
• Proficiency in manual G-code programming.
• Reading blueprints, tool & die drawings, and interpreting Op sheets.

Responsibilities

• Set up, align, and operate fixtures, wires, and workpieces; maintain wire path and clean tanks daily.
• Load and edit CNC programs using G and M codes; use Esprit CAM or Siemens NX to optimize parameters.
• Analyze blueprints and op sheets to verify part conformance using precise measuring tools and ERP labor reporting.
• Develop recommendations to improve efficiency and maintain defect-free production across rotary and linear axes.
• Adhere to PPE policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure shift continuity.
