Job summary

DCG ONE in Seattle, WA is seeking a Digital Bindery Operator to run finishing equipment and prepare orders from our digital printers. You will operate paper cutters, folding machines, binders, and stitchers while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of bindery experience, knowledge of print production, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. We offer benefits, PTO, and a friendly, production-floor environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with bindery equipment.
• Knowledge of print production and finishing processes.
• May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery machinery and equipment with focus on timeliness and quality.
• Read job specifications to set machine adjustments and material needs; measure dimensions for accuracy.
• Set stops/guides to specified lengths from templates.
• Position workpieces against stops or align with layout marks.
• Detect defects or malfunctions; remove defective items and report issues.
• Perform minor machine maintenance and keep work area clean and safe.
