Job summary

Oetiker, Inc. is seeking a skilled Die Setter in Michigan to support high-precision metal stamping operations. You will set up and operate dies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure products meet print specifications, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will also perform quality inspections using calipers, record data, and keep tooling organized to pass internal audits. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 3 years' experience as a die setter in metal stamping manufacturing.
• Ability to set up, troubleshoot and operate dies and related tooling.
• Commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Die set-up and start-up/shut down of machines.
• Quality inspection and measurement of products to print specifications.
• Maintain neat, orderly work area and adhere to manuals and safety procedures.
