Job summary

Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting a Deburr Technician for our client in Mooresville, NC. Schedule: 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm with Monday–Friday work. Pay is $18/hr with weekly pay and a temp-to-hire path.

You will remove burrs and chips, wash and dry machined parts, count and batch parts, and inspect finished quality. Proficiency with hand tools and magnification equipment is required, along with strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and focused.
• High level of concentration required at all times.
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to take direction and follow instructions as written.
• Able to write descriptions and/or short reports of daily tasks & findings.
• Previous experience in deburring.

Responsibilities

• Must remove all burrs and other imperfections from parts as instructed
• Wash pressure wash parts with proper care
• Dry machined parts
• Count and batch parts
• Use hand tools and small power tools
• Use magnification equipment in conjunction with hand tools
• Remove burrs and chips from machined parts
• Inspect the quality of finished parts
• Other duties as assigned
