Job summary

Dover is seeking a deburring operator to remove burrs and ensure part quality at our Salisbury, MD facilities. You will operate deburring equipment, inspect parts, and assist with related production tasks in a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include driving a company van twice daily to shuttle parts between local facilities. Must have a valid license and basic machining knowledge; pay range is USD 19–22 per hour with bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifications

• US citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Operate deburring machines to remove edges and burrs from machined parts per specifications
• Perform quality checks on finished components to ensure highest quality standards
• Troubleshoot and help resolve process problems
• Drive company van twice daily to pick up and deliver production parts between Salisbury facilities
