Job summary

MPG Dover, based onsite in Salisbury, MD, is seeking a Deburr Operator to deburr machined parts to spec using deburr machines and hand tools. The role requires attention to detail, safety adherence, and accurate paperwork completion.

The position includes driving a company van to pick up and deliver parts between local facilities, with benefits and a discretionary bonus plan. US citizenship or equivalent is required, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid license.

Qualifications

• US citizen or permanent resident / Green Card holder
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic understanding of machining processes and deburring techniques

Responsibilities

• Operate deburring machines to remove sharp edges and burs from machined parts per specifications
• Maintain a clean workspace and perform quality checks on finished components
• Troubleshoot and help resolve problems on the shop floor
• Work safely, using appropriate safety equipment and follow procedures
• Complete job paperwork, logs, and time sheets
