Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in deburring or similar manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with grinders, sanders and files.
• Familiar with micrometers, calipers and height gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Capable of working independently or in a team.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring operations on metal parts using hand tools and machines.
• Inspect parts for burrs and sharp edges and determine deburring method.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify specs.
• Record and document deburring data.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on deburring equipment.
