Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to work in humid, cold, wet or slippery surfaces around moving equipment with PPE.

Overview

Job Summary

The Bone Ribs are responsible for de-boning the rib bones from the rib, this role requires precise handling and cutting to ensure the ribs meet quality standards and specifications.

• Use hook to pull rib off conveyor
• Use knife and hook to remove all bones and back strap from the rib
• Place bones and back strap into bone conveyor
• Push rib back onto conveyor
• Steel Knife

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment
• Previous knife experience in manufacturing environment
