Vaco is seeking a Data Entry/Invoice Processing Specialist to join our operations team. You will enter, validate, and post high volumes of invoices and data with accuracy, supporting an Oracle-based backlog of 30,000+ items.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, familiarity with databases or CRM platforms, and the ability to safeguard sensitive information while meeting tight deadlines.

• Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data with accuracy.
• Process and post a high volume of invoices into Oracle.
• Review invoices and data for errors or missing details.

Responsabilités

• Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Process and post a high volume of invoices into Oracle as part of a dedicated team supporting an invoice backlog of 30,000+ invoices.
• Review and verify invoice and data information for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details prior to entry.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, including scanning, uploading, and filing.
• Retrieve and review data when requested by team members or management.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information.
• Generate basic reports from databases or spreadsheets as needed.
• Follow data privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify data discrepancies or gather missing information.
• Prioritize accuracy, reliability, and productivity while working through a high-volume backlog within established deadlines.
