Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Data Entry/Invoice Processing Specialist in Brentwood, TN. You will enter and verify high-volume invoice data, post invoices into Oracle, and maintain data integrity across systems.

The role requires keen attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Experience with Accounts Payable and Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to manage high volume.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and/or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms.
• Accounts Payable and Oracle experience are preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems with accuracy.
• Process and post a high volume of invoices into Oracle as part of a team supporting 30,000+ invoices.
• Review and verify invoice and data information for errors prior to entry.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, including scanning, uploading, and filing.
• Retrieve and review data when requested by team or management.
