Job summary

ArborOne Farm Credit seeks an experienced Crop Insurance Processor to support its crop insurance program in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. You will partner with agents, customers, and providers to ensure accurate policy processing, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service.

Required: 3–5 years of crop insurance processing, knowledge of FCIP requirements and AIP systems, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of crop insurance processing experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Crop Insurance Program requirements and AIP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process crop insurance applications, reports, and policy documentation.
• Support agents and customers with policy servicing and questions.
• Manage reporting deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
