Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in insurance processing, underwriting, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM software.
• Knowledge of crop insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and review crop insurance applications, endorsements, and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify crop data, production reports, and documentation to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Prepare and submit claims in line with federal and state regulations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Insurance Risk Advisors and clients.
• Enter data, organize documents, and monitor workflows for timely processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn database/CRM software.
• Knowledge of crop insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
