Job summary

Renovation Brands' Premier Mantels division is seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Products Fabricator to join our shop floor team in Florence, Alabama. You will mix and pour epoxy-sand concrete, cast mantels and shelves, and finish products to exact specifications, ensuring quality from raw material to finished piece.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience with cast concrete, strong measurement skills, and a readiness to contribute in a collaborative production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cast concrete or similar materials.
• Ability to read measurements with a ruler or tape measure.
• Strong math and reading skills; follow detailed instructions.
• Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in every piece.
• Self-motivated with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cast mantel shelves using epoxy, sand and concrete per formulas.
• Position parts using templates and read measurements.
• Pour, mold, and demold products with various equipment.
• Maintain workstation inventory and perform quality checks.
• Document defects and support process improvements on the floor.
• Adhere to safety standards and keep a clean, efficient area.
