Renovation Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Products Fabricator to join our shop floor in Florence, Alabama. You will mix and pour epoxy, sand and concrete, then cast, finish and package shelves and other concrete products, working closely with a production team to deliver high-quality results from raw materials to finished goods.

The role requires hands-on experience with cast concrete, accurate measurement skills, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cast concrete or similar materials.
• Ability to read a ruler or tape measure for precise measurements.
• Strong math and reading skills with following formulas and instructions.
• Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in every piece produced.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Cast mantel shelves using epoxy, sand and concrete with various tools and equipment.
• Position parts using templates or measurements.
• Pour, mold and demold products; maintain workstation inventory.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Identify defects and document issues when found.
• Rework or repair equipment per engineering changes.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Document actions via production and quality forms.
• Contribute to team goals with related results as needed.
