Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking a Concrete Products Fabricator to join our Florence, AL shop floor. You will mix and pour epoxy-sand-concrete formulas, cast shelves, and finish products to exact specifications in a team setting.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on concrete experience, strong measuring skills, and meticulous attention to detail. On-site, full-time shift Mon-Thurs 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with a $17/hour rate support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cast concrete or similar materials.
• Comfortable reading a ruler or tape measure for precise measurements.
• Solid basic math and reading skills with ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas.
• Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in every piece produced.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the creativity to troubleshoot issues and improve processes on the shop floor.
• High attention to detail and a self-motivated, take-ownership approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Cast mantel shelves using a proprietary epoxy/sand/concrete formula.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Pour, mold and de-mold products with various mixing vessels.
• Maintain inventory at workstations and perform quality checks.
• Document defects and rework products per engineering changes.
• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized; conserve resources.
