Job summary

Renovation Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Products Fabricator to join our Florence, Alabama shop floor. You'll mix and pour epoxy-sand-concrete formulas, cast mantel shelves, and finish products to exact specifications as part of a collaborative production team.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift, Monday through Thursday, and an hourly rate of $17.00. We value craftsmanship, safety, and a thorough approach from raw material to finished piece.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cast concrete or similar materials.
• Able to read a ruler or tape measure for precise measurements.
• Strong math and reading skills; able to follow formulas and instructions.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Cast mantel shelves using epoxy, sand and concrete per formula.
• Position parts using templates or measurements.
• Pour, mold and demold product.
• Maintain inventory at workstations.
• Perform quality checks and document defects.
• Repair assembled equipment per engineering changes.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Conserve resources and document actions.
