Renovation Brands is seeking a Concrete Products Fabricator in Florence, AL to craft mantel shelves from a proprietary epoxy-sand-concrete mix. Youll work on a full-time, on-site shift, casting, finishing, and packaging products to exact specs in a collaborative shop environment.

The role requires 2+ years casting concrete, strong measuring skills and attention to detail. Youll contribute to a quality-focused production team and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cast concrete or similar materials.
• Comfort reading a ruler or tape measure for precise measurements.
• Solid math and reading skills with ability to follow detailed formulas.

Responsibilities

• Cast mantel shelves using epoxy, sand and concrete formulas.
• Position parts with templates and read measurements accurately.
• Pour, mold and de-mold products using various vessels and tools.
• Maintain workstation inventory and perform quality checks.
• Document defects and rework as needed per engineering changes.
