Job summary

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing operator to support compounding and injection-molding operations in our Pennsylvania facility.

You will measure powders, operate presses and related equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role requires a High School Diploma, basic math, and a willingness to learn; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong teamwork and customer-service mindset; on-site work with EHS compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must have above-average attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Able to work in a team and follow procedures.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment, presses, injection molding machines, and compounding processes.
• Measure and weigh powder components for batching.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and record production data.
• Follow production plans and ensure on-time completion.
• Move between stations as needed while adhering to ISO standards.
