The role involves operating molding, CNC, and hand tools, performing quality checks, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math/computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year manufacturing experience.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Safety conscious – wear safety glasses, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment (molding machine, CNC, hand tools).
• Use dexterity to set parts on ceramics and trays at prescribed rates.
• Assist with loading and unloading furnace.
• Ensure work areas are cleaned and organized daily.
• Measure products using calipers, microscopes, etc. to ensure quality production.
• Inform managers of quality issues that arise.
• Ensure customer requirements and shipping demands are met.
• Overtime as needed.
