Advanced Powder Products, Inc. in Philipsburg, PA is hiring for a manufacturing technician to operate molding machines, CNCs, and hand tools in a steady, quality-driven environment. You will work as part of a team focused on repeatable, high-quality results and safety compliance.

You will handle loading/unloading furnace, inspect parts with calipers, and contribute to timely shipping while overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1 year manufacturing experience.
• General mechanical aptitude and safe work habits.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Orderly and responsible with tools and work area.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to processes.
• Must be safety conscious – wear safety glasses and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment (molding machine, CNC, hand tools).
• Set parts on ceramics and trays at prescribed rates using dexterity.
• Assist with loading and unloading furnace.
• Keep work areas clean and organized daily.
• Measure products with calipers, microscopes, etc., to ensure quality.
• Inform managers of quality issues and meet customer shipping demands.
• Overtime as needed.
