Qualifications

• Proven experience operating press or similar machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production schedules.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate press machinery to produce pressed products according to specified standards and procedures
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product quality
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safety
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Record production data accurately and report any issues or deviations to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes
• Assist in setup and changeover of machinery for different production runs
