Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience operating hot press or similar manufacturing equipment; at least 1 year in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate hot pressing machinery to assemble, mold, or shape materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18, or older
• High school diploma, or equivalent required
• Preferred experience operating hot press or similar manufacturing equipment. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace safety regulations
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
