Job summary

Unytite, Inc. is seeking a Cold Forming Operator to shape metal components for aerospace, automotive, construction and energy sectors. This hands-on role requires reading drawings, setting up tooling, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

You will work with precision equipment in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment, collaborating with engineers and quality teams to optimize processes and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in forming, forging, or metal fabrication preferred; at least 1 year in manufacturing is required.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (machinery setup, tooling changes).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cold forming machines and furnaces.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run.
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
