Unytite, Inc. is seeking a skilled Hot Press Operator for our 2nd shift manufacturing team. You will operate hot pressing equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe, efficient production area.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork to support our growing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, ability to read technical drawings, and a strong focus on quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience operating hot press or similar equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate hot pressing machinery to assemble, mold, or shape materials according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to ensure optimal operation and product quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Record production data accurately and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
