Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Coating Operator to resurface and texturize customer-supplied parts using a spray nozzle. Work involves following work orders, preparing surfaces, and ensuring timely processing with close collaboration across departments.

The role requires reading prints, basic math skills, careful handling of parts, and a strong safety mindset in a controlled chemical and wastewater environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• Proficient at operating a blasting nozzle.
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to handle delicate parts without damage.
• Strong safety awareness and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces using appropriate media and settings per work orders.
• Blast parts with deposition and surface to specifications.
• Follow procedures to ensure consistent, timely processing of parts.
• Coordinate with other departments on rework and communication for parts.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned areas.
