Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Coating Operator to resurface and texturize customer parts per work orders.

First shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm) and Second shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm) are available, with responsibilities including preparing surfaces and blasting to specification. You will follow procedures, communicate across teams, and maintain quality and timely processing of parts in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating a blasting nozzle and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills for quality checks.
• Experience handling delicate parts without damage while blasting.
• Strong emphasis on quality, timeliness, and workflow discipline.
• Maintain organized and clean work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by selecting appropriate media and settings based on material type.
• Blast parts to specification with attention to finish and consistency.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure reliable processing of parts.
• Collaborate with other departments for rework and communication on parts.
• Coordinate with teammates for jobs requiring multiple operators.
