Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with blasting media and settings as per work orders.
• Ability to interpret prints and specifications for finishes.
• Strong measurement, math, and tolerancing skills.
• Capable of handling delicate parts without damage.
• Commitment to timeliness and quality in part processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by selecting media and settings based on material type and finish.
• Blast parts and deposit material to meet specifications.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure consistent, reliable processing of parts.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding rework and inbound/outbound parts.
• Collaborate with other blasters when jobs require multiple operators.
