Job summary

Soap Creek Resources seeks a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for precision parts on state‑of‑the‑art equipment. You will translate engineering drawings into efficient, safe machining sequences and collaborate with machinists, manufacturing engineering, and quality to meet dimensional and finish requirements.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining CNC programs, selecting tools and setups, verifying with CAD/CAM simulations, and supporting first‑piece prove-outs

Qualifications

• Practical CNC programming experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T to machining processes.
• Working knowledge of G-code and M-code and machining principles.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs from drawings, models, and requirements.
• Develop machining sequences, select tools, holders, and setup strategies.
• Use CAD/CAM tools and simulations to identify machining risks before release.
• Support first-piece prove-outs, setups, troubleshooting, and program adjustments.
