Qualifications

• 5 years of advanced manufacturing experience.
• 3 years CAM programming experience.
• Associate degree or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code for CNC operations.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Perform in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers.
• Mentor Tooling Center machinists and support continuous improvement.
