The role requires 2+ years of CNC programming/setup experience on turning, working with CAM software, and strong mathematical and communication skills. A dependable, team-oriented mindset and safety-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of CNC programming/setup experience on turning.
CAM software experience preferred.
Strong understanding of basic machining practices and mechanical processes.
Solid math skills and ability to communicate technical details.
Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork mindset.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Dependable with high-quality, precise work standards.

Responsibilities

Analyze job orders, blueprints, and drawings to determine dimensions and speeds.
Create and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.
Set up CNC equipment, calibrate tools, and verify machine function.
Perform trial simulations and adjust programs to minimize errors.
Maintain safety, PPE, and a clean, safe work environment.
Assist with other production areas as needed.
