Qualifications

• Knowledge of calipers, gauges, and measuring tools.
• Strong basic math skills for machining tasks.
• Ability to document machining procedures accurately.
• Experience with CNC lathe tooling and setups.
• Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints and logs.

Responsibilities

• Set up production cycle and operate CNC lathe machines.
• Optimize setup times and maximize machine utilization.
• Read blueprints and route instructions.
• Apply GD&T knowledge in part production.
• Troubleshoot programs and adjust as needed.
• Follow in-process inspection protocols and report non-conformances.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality personnel.
• Record issues for shift transitions and perform daily PM.
