The role requires strong measurement, math, and documentation skills, with experience on Okuma, Mazak, and Mori machines preferred. Growth opportunities exist in a family-owned, global company.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and route instructions.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and tolerance analysis.
• Ability to document machining procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up full production cycle and operate CNC lathe machines.
• Optimize setup times and improve productivity.
• Read blueprints and route instructions for each job.
• Apply GD&T to parts and inspect during production.
• Troubleshoot programs and adjust as needed.
• Record shift documentation and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain PPE and safety compliance on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with colleagues to resolve quality concerns.
