Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or technical training completed.
• 2–3 years of CNC machining experience and familiarity with G-code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong measurement and precision capabilities with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and machining centers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other tools.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Maintain logs of machine performance and part measurements.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and assist repairs.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to plan runs and optimize processes.
