Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Flexibility in work assignments.
• Must stand 8–10 hours daily and perform lifting up to 50 lbs (70 lbs with assistance).
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets work instructions and job orders for specifications and tooling.
• Troubleshoots, edits, and optimizes production programs for efficiency.
• Sets machine controls to match work orders and regulates cutting parameters.
• Documents program changes to ensure reproducibility.
• Monitors machine output and verifies part conformance with gauges.
• Deburrs parts to blueprint specs.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up machines flexibly to maximize output.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
