Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets blueprints and work instructions.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC experience in the aerospace industry.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Position may involve access to export-controlled items.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and verbal instructions.
• Operate multiple CNC machines as required.
• Apply setup reduction techniques to minimize internal activities and drive productivity.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace per 5S standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and first piece verification as required.
• Adhere to EHS policies and report incidents.
