Qualifications

• Experience verifying dimensions of parts with measuring tools.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read procedures, routers and instructions.
• Flexible in work assignments and adaptable to change.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Overtime may be required; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate hydraulic punch presses per process instructions.
• Inspect parts to confirm conformance to specifications.
• Inspect dies and equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safe operations following PPE and safety rules.
• Ensure guarding is in place and functioning.
• Complete safety sign-offs daily as needed.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Run job orders accurately to maximize productivity.
• Document production data and complete worksheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned
