Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years on CNC milling machines in production.
• Familiarity with 3–4 axis multi‑axis CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and operation sheets.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for 3 and 4 axis operations.
• Maintain production on 2–4 machines depending on complexity.
• Use standard gaging to verify parts against specs.
• Adjust tooling and offsets to ensure conformance.
• Complete dimensional check records and handoff notes.
• Keep area clean and organized; stage completed jobs for next ops.
