Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a technical CNC Operator to set up, calibrate, and run automated machines in a modern manufacturing environment. You will ensure that finished parts meet tight tolerance parameters and blueprint dimensions.

This is a first shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime. A High School diploma and at least 3 years of CNC experience are required.

Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges is expected, along with reading mechanical blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CNC machining experience.
• High school education required.
• Experience level: Experienced.

Responsibilities

• Load raw stock into CNC mills or lathes and start production runs.
• Monitor machining operations; adjust speeds, feeds, and coolant as needed.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and replenish fluids.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints and drawings.
