Qualifications

• 3 years of CNC machining experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD files.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Read drawings/blueprints/CAD files and specifications.
• Select tools and materials per part requirements.
• Program machines and prepare setup sheets with machining parameters.
• Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Train operators and assist with quality control.
• Collaborate to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of materials and tools.
