Job summary

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. ITAR compliance and US work authorization are required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

• Preferred: manufacturing environment experience and close tolerance practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce metallic parts to customer specifications.
• Perform pre-operations inspections to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Read and execute daily production schedules as directed by supervisor.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on material or work piece.
• Set up holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machinery.
• Adjust machine parameters to compensate for deviations and report issues.
• Verify finished work to specifications and stop if out of tolerance.
• Prepare daily production reports as directed by supervisor.
