Job summary

EXALTA is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and tend CNC metalworking equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment in Wisconsin. You will adjust tooling, read blueprints, verify dimensions, and ensure parts meet print specifications using precision measuring instruments and CMM/vision systems.

You should have 3-5 years of CNC experience, familiarity with GD&T and G&M coding, and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues while working in ISO/FDA settings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC setup and advanced operation experience.
• Experience in ISO/FDA environments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of G&M coding and GD&T.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve machining issues.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and tend CNC machines to perform machining functions per print.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Review programs or blueprints to determine machine operations and sequences.
• Transfer commands to CNC modules and set speeds/feeds.
• Perform part inspection and measure dimensions to print specs.
• Maintain documentation per ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
• Communicate with teams to exchange information and resolve issues.
