Job description

Shape mission-critical hardware with precisionPicture the start of your shift: you load a high-mix work order, pull up the latest model, and step through a prove-out in NCSimul. With Mastercam toolpaths ready, you dial in offsets, run Renishaw probing cycles, and watch the first article for a complex heat‑resistant alloy come together. Mid-run, you spot a way to shave seconds off cycle time without touching tolerance—so you adjust the setup, validate with precision metrology, and document the improvement in ProShop ERP. That’s a typical day in this role.
