You have

• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Programmer or equivalent role.
• Command of CAD/CAM tools and CNC programming (including G-code).
• Deep understanding of machining strategy, tooling, and workholding.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a CNC-related certification or technical degree is advantageous.
