Arch Precision, LLC in Earth City, Missouri seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-precision CNC machinery, manual tools, and support equipment.

The ideal candidate blends mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise to keep tight-tolerance equipment operating at peak accuracy and efficiency. Experience with 3-phase systems and Fanuc controls is valuable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical cert preferred.
• 3–5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance in a precision machine shop or CNC environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V and related control circuits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight machine spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on CNC equipment and manual tools.
• Perform mechanical alignments and spindle verifications/rebuilds.
• Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and manuals.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance programs and monitor machine health metrics.
• Document maintenance activities, parts used, and downtime; manage spare parts inventory.
