Allied Machine Works in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a CNC Machinist with experience in setup, operation, and editing CNC programs for mills and/or lathes. The ideal candidate will work with tight tolerances and handle large parts in short-run or one-off production environments.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, selecting tooling, performing in-process inspections, and ensuring parts meet specification.

Formación

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances (+/- .001").
• Experience editing G-code at the control.
• Familiarity with Haas, Fanuc, or similar controls.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
• Edit or adjust G-code programs at the machine as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers.
• Select appropriate tooling and fixturing for the job.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
