Bradley Personnel, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to interpret blueprints and set up precision machining operations in a North Carolina facility. The role requires reading job sheets, operating mills and lathes, and monitoring tool wear and part quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of machining experience, with strong measurement and interpretation skills. Safety, ISO compliance, and teamwork are essential in this manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Interprets safety rules, manuals, and blueprints.
• Reads and follows procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Interprets blueprints and job sheets to determine dimensions and tolerances for parts.
• Operates mills, lathes, grinders, and machining centers to cut and finish parts.
• Enters and edits control data for CNC machines.
• Sets up, runs, and monitors machines; detects malfunctions and adjusts controls.
• Uses measurement tools to verify parts meet specifications.
• Reworks parts not meeting specifications.
• Collaborates with supervisor and engineers to resolve machining issues.
• Follows ISO procedures and safety rules; uses PPE and performs hoist inspections.
• Routes parts to the next machine per routing sequence.
• Performs data entry to update part locations and production records.
• Maintains 5S in the work area and participates in improvement efforts.
• Attends monthly department and quarterly town hall meetings.
• Other assigned duties.
