Qualificações

• Hands-on CNC machining and machine setup experience.
• Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and machining specs.
• Knowledge of tolerances and quality control practices.
• Ability to verify finished components with precision measuring tools.
• Experience with CNC programming adjustments and G-code.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, CAD models, and work orders.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision components.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and coolant according to job requirements.
• Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC G-code as needed.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring equipment to verify tolerances.
• Maintain production records and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve processes.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
