Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine specifications.
• Operate CNC milling machines and lathes with attention to precision and safety.
• Perform GD&T checks and use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine specifications.
• Utilize calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues during operation.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks and fabrication processes.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Experience with GD&T for precise manufacturing specifications.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
