Qualifications

• Reading and writing in English is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with CNC machines, machine setup, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong math skills for working with measurements and tolerances.
• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, GDP, or quality systems is a plus.
• Safety-conscious mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines based on engineering drawings and production specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure specifications are met.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and change tooling for production runs.
• Support automated equipment, robotic systems, and production operators.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Read blueprints and procedures to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain production and quality records per company standards.
• Assist with training new team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
