Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Operator, Machinist, or Programmer.
• Hands-on CNC programming and setup experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, tooling configurations, and machining parameters.
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished components with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues.
• Monitor production to ensure parts meet tolerances and quality standards.
